American League

The New York Yankees' Aaron Judge continued his torrid hitting streak, going 3-for-5 with two home runs and five RBIs in a win over the Boston Red Sox. Judge now has 51 home runs on the season, and is on pace to break Roger Maris' single-season record of 61.

The Houston Astros' Yordan Alvarez also had a big day at the plate, going 2-for-4 with a home run and three RBIs in a win over the Los Angeles Angels. Alvarez now has 35 home runs on the season, and is one of the leading candidates for the American League MVP award.
